Fantastic location with happy and attentive staff. Easy access to Taksim Square and the wonderful food options there or in the opposite direction there is the harbour and the tram to get you anywhere in Istanbul.

The manager, Duyugu, runs a happy and helpful team of staff who understand customer service. Beds were comfortable and full kitchen provided. With Taksim Square ten minutes walk away with wonderful restaurants and baklava shops, it is unlikely you would cook. In the other direction, it is 15 minutes to the tram, which can cheaply take you all over Istanbul.

The apartment is in a good location, with a great neighborhood surrounded. The unit is spacious, clean, they have kitchen with complete cutlery, coffee machine, and also nice toiletries. Friendly staff we meet, including the housekeeping did the job very well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We've asked them for room exchange and the helped us right away without hesitation. They showed us what options we have if we would like to upgrade or in the same price category. The location is perfect the tram station is 6 minutes away Takism is 10 minutes away Galata port 15 minutes away
