The spa was lovely, the location perfect and close to metro access. Plenty of shops and restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything was comfortable and the room itself was clean and very modern with good amenities.

We had a suite, which had a good size and a huge comfortable balcony. Bathroom was spacious and well-designed. On the highest floor they have a simple, but nice restaurant for grabbing a dinner. Not fancy, but a nice area to eat outside. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

First of all, the Hotel is located right across the Şişli Osmanbey metro station, the most popular center of Istanbul, and is located in a great location within walking distance of Cevahir shopping mall, Taksim and Nişantaşı. The hotel's location in the middle of the best and most popular districts of Istanbul, as well as its perfect design, magnificent breakfast, spotless rooms and above all, wonderful staff, make it unrivaled. I would especially like to thank Mr. Onur, the general manager of the hotel, for everything and I sincerely hope that this hotel will be an example for all tourism professionals. I would like to wholeheartedly state that I will choose this hotel for my next stay. ( The best quality and most delicious breakfast I have ever seen was served in this hotel!!!)

Once again, I had a great stay. Everyone from reception to breakfast hall and cleaning service was kind, helpful and up to high standards. A great asset to this hotel is mr Ender Akkavuk, duty manager, whom I want specifically to thank for upgrading my room to Luxury category and helping me, as always, to any matter.
