Loved the place so much. The staffs are friendly and polite. Always greet with sweet and beautiful smiles. The front desk manager is very helpful. He upgraded us to a family room bcoz we arrived from Malaysia very early in the.morning at no cost. The room is very clean and neat. The breakfast is very food ie. value for money. Tqvm Mr.Zeki, Ms Hejin, Ms Mariam for the marvellous hospitality. I highly recommended this hotel. We loved to come and stay here again.

Everything was great! The hotel's location is perfect for a trip to Istanbul, you're close by foot to Sultanahmet square and to different public transports. The surrounding area has many shops, even though they are more expensive as this is a touristy area. It's also super safe to walk around late at night. The room is great and very clean. We were across the building in constructions and it was fine. The breakfast is vast and a great mix of products while including local items. The people at the reception were great and helped us book a last minute taxi to the airport after the public transport access was shut. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Delicious and wide variety breakfast. Very helpful staff, many thanks to Mr Sinan who helped me with euro change. Other staff were also very helpful. Location very good, near public transportation, shops and restaurants. Room very clean and spacious. Room deco interesting and beautiful. Room amenities are good. Showers strong and good.
