- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception!!! Always redy to help, advice and etc. Helped me with my deliveries to the hptel, taxi arrangement. - Great location! Just a few steps away from Taksim square and the metro and other transport. Very convenient to get around the city. - Good breakfast. - There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. - The room was nice. It could be bigger, but ok:) - Bottled water, tea, kettle in the room.

The staff are super kind and whatever we asked for they assisted with all of their hearts, housekeeping service is good, every time the room was tidy and clean. I like the fact of the great service that they provided.

Location is very convenient, close to Taksim and Istiklal. Great for transport. Staff at the reception and breakfast are welcoming and helpful. The lobby area is clean and nice.
