location is perfect >> the reception guys BASEL AND HOSSAM are very polite and very gentle and also the breakfast was very good and the men working there all are very nice and polite .. over all every thing going very well .. thanks every body ,,

The location was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Salih in particular was very attentive however every staff member was lovely. Always offered us a complimentary tea when we arrived home and if we were just sitting at the tables watching the world go by. Safe area, quiet and clean rooms. Would definitely return.

The young man on reception was really helpful. The staff downstairs in the Ethnica Old City restaurant were amazing, they were very helpful and friendly and we had a lot of fun with them. We had the best dinner in Turkey in the restaurant. The location was excellent, it was in walking distance to all the main attractions ie. Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Bosphoros River etc.

Easy walk to many major attractions. 1 block from the tram line Staff friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Selim Great restaurant and food Good view of the Bosphorus from our room.

It was fantastisch hotel with the best personnels. I did 3 hotels but Elite Plus Hotel Old CIty was the best one! Hygiënisch very good! Location very central. Selim is a lovely person. The manager is reasonable persoon! So see you next time… ❤️👌
