The location was incredible, its 2 minute away from Nevizade street and taksim by foot, and the hotel itself is facing the street so even if you come with a car or a taxi it won’t be a hassle to get to the hotel The street outside felt safe to walk in even late at night as there are restaurants and shops that are always open The view from the hotel is lovely too. The staff were really friendly and so helpful about everything, also incredibly kind. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and comfortable The beds were also very comfortable. Also, they had a washing machine so thats definitely a plus. Everything about this hotel was comfortable, truly a home away from home and this won’t be our last time visiting

It was Cosy apperment. Nice stay. All staffs were very helpful. We liked our stay. Location is very good.. super market (stores for daily needs) just 100m away. Lot of restaurants around and main food streets just down.

The place is almost at the most famous street - Alistklal street. The apartment with this price is just unbeatable. Honestly I first only book two nights because i didn’t believe it then I extended my stay. This absolutely amazing, just go ahead. I like the 24/7 hour reception, very helpful. I will come again for sure.

We stayed there for 10 days and the experience was amazing! They noticed it is my birthday and surprised me with a very delicious birthday cake and candles which was beyond my expectations and I am very thankful for that. All staff we met were so kind and helpful, I do not know their names to mention but the guy who checked us in has excellent customer service and very polite, and even moved our luggage to our flat which made us very happy. The location is amazing very handy to transport, Omer Khayyam station is just 1 mins away, Taksim square is only 10 minutes by foot, and plenty of options to eat nearby, close to multiple supermarkets as well. It was so clean overall and housekeeping service was acceptable.

Considering the price, the room was very good. By no means 5 star but it was exactly what I wanted, clean and comfortable. The reception staff could do enough for you and would always ask if there was anything I needed, whether additional cleaning or simply advice on the local area and things to do. The bed was very comfortable with clean pressed cotton linen and duvet. The rooms all had underfloor heating, which was much appreciated during my November stay. There are two air conditioners/heaters, one in the open plan room and one in the bedroom. I was on the 6th floor (602), and I had excellent city views. The kitchen units did have a little wear & tear but were completely functional. Overall, great value for money and an excellent location with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. FYI, the hotel sits on top on 3 kebab shops, the one immediately to the left as you walk out of the hotel was my favourite.

the location is great, few minutes walk from Istiklal st and there every thing can be found: food, shops ... the staff were very helpful and nice and helped me every time with stroller to get in and out (there are few steps to reach the elevator) the facilities were good room was clean
