The stuff was perfect. Ahmed and Omer at the reception, the cleaning lady Darya all very polite and helpfull. Especially Mr UGUR that gave us advices over the city,,booked excursions and hammam was absolutely a professional .

The room was fully equipped, clean with view. The cleaning lady did a great job. It is in the city center, next to İstiklal. You can shop and walk around until late at night.

The staff were really helpful and upgraded me to a room of my choice with window ( originally I booked economy no window), they treated me very well. The room was clean. Location is good and near İstiklal Avenue. Breakfast was good and varied with turkish treats.

We stayed for 3 days. The staff was very polite and helped us a lot with all questions and enquiries. The room was very clean and the stuff cleaned the room every day switching with clean towels . Last, but not least , many food spots and bars around. This hotel is a value for money top choice .
