Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, relatively quiet except for some faint beat sounds at Saturday night from the nearby clubs, but the isolating windows caught most of it (I had asked and received a back room, forewarned by reviews of previous customers). Location unbeatable for promenading and partying.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. The staff, the room, the locations - everything was honestly perfect. As someone who travels quite a bit and has been to many cities/hotels in Turkey, I’d happily say this was the best both for location and value for money. Few minutes walk from Taksim Square with bus/metro routes from there. Lovely walk to Galata Tower and Bosphorus areas too…about 20 mins or so from hotel. The staff honestly could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would suggest speaking to them about airport transfers as well, we got a tremendous deal which saved both hassle and money.
