The location is very good, super close to the bus station. The hotel feels safe. The front door is always locked and someone has to let you inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel just right next to bus terminal so the location is unbeatable. Clean room with a hot shower. Perfect place to stay if you are crossing to Ecuador or simply visiting Las Lajas Sanctuary.

Amazing value for money! Great location in terms of the bus station if you are catching an early bus. Comfortable and clean rooms and the staff are super helpful and lovely. There wasn't anywhere to eat nearby because we were late so they called for a takeaway for us!
