Very clean and comfortable room. It was quiet and had perfect blackout curtains. Nice bathroom and kettle for coffee and tea was provided.

Convenient place to stay near T2 of Incheon Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite its closeness to the airport. The room service is also efficient. The breakfast buffet had several options. There is a shuttle service running to and from T1 and T2 throughout the day.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good. Runs about every 30 minutes depending on the time of day.

Very clean, functional hotel 5 mins drive from Terminal 2. You can get an Uber from outside arrivals, ours arrived within 4 minutes (good as it was minus 10 degrees!). It cost about 4 quid (5 euros). We were not however able to order an Uber from the airport to the Terminal the next day, but the staff called us a taxi which was about the same price. There is a shuttle but the online comments (and the cold!) put us off so we got an Uber. Good room, good size bed and bathroom. The breakfast was really good, it was a mix of european and Korean food. I would use this hotel again. The noise from the planes isn't as bad as I expected - we could hear them, but it wasn't disruptive.

Clean, near the airport so serves its purpose as a transit hotel. The hotel shuttle was every hour but there's the 24-hour airport shuttle with a stop at a nearby parking area.

Hotel is really great, very nice room, helpful and friendly staff. Very quick check in and check out process. Free bus to the airport.
