Be aware there are codes to get into the building to reception and the car park. Once inside the staff were very nice. Room is basic but clean with amenities provided. No issues with noise. Tram stop just outside for convenient access to the city. Car sat nav had issues getting to the location. No tea/coffee but kettle, cups and spoons were available.

The room had almost everything needed for basic stuff. The location is not great, however it is easily accesible by tram.

- tram stop exactly in front of the hotel, red line, Colonne stop - city centre is 30 minutes from this hotel by tram - receptive clerks at the reception desk - easy access in the hotel late in the evening by authorised card

The staff went over and beyond to help you. They were always pleasant ,especially Nico and Giuseppe. The tram is right outside the hotel. It takes only about 20 minutes to get to the center of town where all the Christmas markets are.

Even though the hotel is some distance from the city center it is easily accessible by public transport. The room was spacious and the small kitchen corner is nice when you prefer to cook yourself. The check-in process was super convenient and even though the reception is not manned 24/7 all the guidance for a late arrival was easy to understand and follow.

Great studio apartment, spacious, tidy & clean. Really loved that the kitchen & bathroom was separated from the bedroom. Staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Location is excellent right by the tram into town. Excellent price for such a big studio.
