The location was excellent. Easily walkable to the town and restaurants etc. The staff were quite friendly.

The hotel is nice and clean, but it is already very old, you can feel it. Good breakfast, convenient location, parking, very large and comfortable bed, view of the Pico volcano.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were friendly and the view from the pool was stunning, I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience overall

Central but quiet place within easy reach of the seafront. Nice balcony with a sea and harbour view. Lovely outdoor pool with good bar service. Nice room and good breakfast. Taxi and luggage service worked very well. Interesting photo gallery of the clipper era.

Great location near the city centre, marina and beach. Amazing outdoor pool with the view on Pico mountain. Breakfast was tasty, wide variety of food. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym are also great to have in the hotel. Massage was amazing and I would recommend it.
