The hotel would like to reiterate that room rates do not include a 10% service charge.Children from 3 to 11 years old staying in existing beds need to pay an extra fee for breakfast if accompanying adults book breakfast exclusive rates.Jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance from April 3rd until further notice.An extra bed is on a request basis and is subject to availability. Extra beds will not be available on Feb 14-16 and Feb 21-22 (all nights inclusive).Extra beds will not be available on May02-04 (all nights inclusive)Please note that the office will be renovated from 01/06/2025 to 30/09/2025, and guests may experience some noise from 10:30 to 18:00 Monday through Friday and from 10:30 to 13:00 Saturday.

Location is excellent. Short walk to a lot of shops, restaurants and to transports: metro and bus. One of the best we've stayed with. The staff are very helpful. We left our luggages for safe keeoing as we arrived early.

This place has been where I would stay each time I visit Hong Kong since 1993. The location is excellent. This time I introduced my children to the place. Hope they will stay when they visit HK next time.

Location is fantastic. Bus and subway just outside the door. Luxury shops, shopping malls, 1881 Heritage and K11 nearby and Victoria harbour in front and many good places for food.

We had a harbour view room. In fact the room had the full view of the harbour. and the firework barge was situated right in front. We had an excellent view of the new year eve firework. The best firework I have ever seen --- personally I think it was even better than the Sydney one I saw on new year eve of 2011 and 2012.
