Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kit and shower cap. To take a further step, disposable plastic water bottles will be replaced with a reusable water bottle in guest rooms, complemented by self-service water dispensers located near the elevator lobby. Everything was excellent the staff the hotel itself and the rooms are very big and the view was perfect they have free bus to go to bus or metro station which is very nice I highly recommend this hotel

This is my second stay to visit family. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the extra travel time is worth it for me. Rooms are airy and large with nice views. It has a feel of being out in the countryside away from the hubbub of the city. Even though you can still hear the distant traffic from the motorway. Nice thoughtful touches e.g. water dispensers. Now also serving hot food and food dispensing machines available. Free shuttle bus runs until 11pm. On the route of airport bus.

I like the fact that the hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful even though you need to use a translator to communicate with them all the time.

Good comfortable bed and a spacious room. The hotel also had a free shuttle from the hotel to the plaza in Tsuen Wan. I also loved the view.

It was within a peaceful area. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Even though hotel was abit out of the way from the city & not near to mtr, hotel provides shuttle service till late at night. So no need to worry abt transportation
