The room I was stayed with another door Inside the room. Can go to next room, at that time was Locked. Always hear sounds from the next door! Very Annoying !

Our stay here was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, showers were lovely and the decent toiletries were a nice touch. The only slight downside for us was the pool was out of action for maintenance but in fairness we were informed of this before we arrived. Location is ideal- near a mall, rail and bus station which makes the rest of the city really accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Room excellent. Good size. Water available. Washer and dryer available for a reasonable price. Bed very comfortable and large. Nice linen and good size pillows. Staff very accommodating.

My favourite hotel in Hong Kong for its safety, accessibility, proximity to family in the New Territories and attentive room service. I’ve had issues with the room twice before and both times they’ve immediately sent engineers up to fix the problem, with a lot of courtesy to my comfort and safety as a single woman in a room too.

We always come back to Royal Park hotel for its location - it’s linked to the shopping mall and MTR station, making it super accessible and convenient for us. It also allows us to travel to other parts of Hong Kong conveniently as it’s right in the middle. I’d also like to thank the lobby staff and cleaning staff for treating us so kindly! Thanks to them for welcoming us and making it a home outside of our home! Thanks for accommodating us as we had an issue with the first room we had !
