The smartest way to attract traveling families like ours is to do what Island Shangrila did - where kids are just welcome and offers a variety of things to do ! Not to mentioned staff kindness / and comfortable beds etc

The amenities and comfort level of the hotel are excellent. It’s a great location right on top of a mall and easy access to the metro. Apart from the gym manager and Eddie on the main door, we did not have great service from the staff. They left us waiting at concierge with all staff members around completely ignoring us only for them to tell us after 20/25 minutes to go to a different desk.

This was absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was just perfect. The hotel offers the highest level of comfort and attention to details. The hotel is located in one of the most luxurious districts of Hong Kong, and has direct access to subway and to mall. The hotel features great dining experience with several restaurants and bars, two of them having Michelin stars. The rooms are clean, renovated and very functionally designed. The view to the harbour is amazing. Loved every second of my stay.

Wow! They simply think of every detail. Traveling there with kids is a must, they are super kids friendly! Big rooms and clean rooms. Hotel connect to a mall.
