The proximity to the promenade, the comfortable beds and strong massaging shower head. The staff were very attentive and well informed when providing local travel advice.

Its bigger rooms and comfort are a winner. Whilst the hotel is older it is well maintained with excellent staff and functional facilities.

Good location to the underground and restaurants. Waterfront with a view of Hong Kong Island is right next door. Great shower and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the Nespresso machine was not working too well so we had to fiddle with it to get any coffee at all. We were able to check in a little bit earlier due to a room been ready for use.

Breakfast in the basement lounge was very disappointing . Actually the selection of food was very average. We chose to go to cafe M for breakfast. The service there was excellent. Geraldine was very attentive when a coffee was dropped by another staff member.. Lucia was excellent in the basement lounge. We were very disappointed to find the Chairmans lounge had been moved to the basement. We didn’t find the ambience particularly inviting.. Lucia was attentive, friendly kind and prompt with service and greeted us with a smile and genuine hello every time we came in. A definite asset to your business.

Great location overlooking the harbour. Ideal for sightseeing, close to the ferry crossing to the city centre. Also adjacent to a local area with good restaurants and bars, which was nice to experience.
