Very near the Rail station and access is very nice to anywhere. Not far from Hongkog city. Restrant is very nice and staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for all staff help.

After staying at Marina Bay Sands the room seemed small. I was misinformed by reception staff when checking in that the breakfast deal If I paid up front will be fifteen dollars each but from 21/02/25 it will be twenty four dollars each. This was not true. The six hundred dollars each for dinner was not worth it. I would like to say that your cleaning staff called Tom was extremely polite and always said hello. I can see that he takes pride in his work with passion. Tom is an excellent employee and needs to be trained to higher levels as he will be an asset to Hyatt Group.

The hotel has good breakfast and coffee, we stayed in the room with large balcony and swimming was nice in the outdoor pool

Fantastic room with expansive views. Good location near University MTR. We loved having cocktails and bar snacks in the Tin Tin Bar with live music. Quick check in and check out.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom was excellent, the staff was very caring and pro-active. The location is not directly in the city center but next to the MTR that can easily bring you there or to any other station connected to other parts of Hong Kong. The breakfast was good too. Spa staff was caring.
