I find the service is exceptional.. friendly staff. The hotel room is clean. However, the facility ca. use a good upgrade. The bed and furnitures are old and the pillow are too hard. Woke up with back ache and headache.

The hotel was beautiful, facilities plenty. Immaculately clean. Not too over the top with Mickey Mouse or Disney themes. Tasteful nods and subtle MM references in the beautiful decor. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Pool & surrounding areas fantastic. Gardens etc ptetty & beautiful. Playground area simple & fun. Liked that we could still use the pool and gym, crazy golf, etc... after check out, with changing facilities showers, etc, to use before leaving.Plus dome psid for activities. There are so many positives their are too many to mention.

Im staying 2 nights in the Frozen suite. My kids are having wonderful experience in the room. The only down side i will said is the foods serve in Kingdom lodge are the same. Main portion too small.

Nothing special about the hotel in my opinion. Primary benefit is proximity to Disneyland park Was travelling with 2 kids , 5 YO and 1 YO for 3d2n HK trip solely in Disneyland If convenience was not of importance. I don’t think it is necessary to stay at this hotel Mascots at the paid buffets at my dates (non peak) were friendly they tried their best to engage the kids which I appreciated.

Very friendly staffs , beautiful paintings inside every walls of the building, spacious room with comfy bed, also nice to be able to have a bathtub in our room too, kids activities inside hotel to keep your kid busy during our stay even when the weather wasn’t too nice to go out
