The location was very good, very close to the MTR metro station. The staff was very good, especially Amy, who was very friendly and helpful. The beds were also sufficiently big, enough to keep your suitcase as well. There was a mirror with light inside the bed, which was very useful. I found the bathrooms to be slightly small, so if you are a very tall of healthy person, it might feel small. The WiFi was very fast and can be easily used for work. The locker was not big enough to fit a whole suitcase. Also, you need your own locks for it. I think all facilities were very good overall, and I really liked the stay.

Great location and very helpful reception staff, rooms seem to be spread out in in a residential tower block so no shared space but there was microwave and kettle in the room. Only issue i had was the very hard mattress, otherwise was a good central location.

Location is just 10/10, a minute walk to the mrt and just under to the ding dings or bus. Comfortable bed, nice room with quite clean washrooms. Staff (I completely forgot the name of the person who checked me in!) is very helpful.

Comfortable and clean hostel in a great location. It’s quite on a budget side, so don’t expect it to be luxurious, but the staff was very friendly and it was a great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

They allowed us to check in late and even gave us a private room not to disturb the other guests. The next day we were given another private room for the whole duration of the stay. That was very nice of them but it also means that we can't really say anything about the dorm room. But the location is very central and the room was clean, that much should be true for the dorm room as well. Everyone at reception was nice and you can store your luggage there safely before or after checking out.

Staff were very helpful, location instructions were sent to me prior to arrival. They also secured my preferred bunk bed away from noise (by request) & Dan walked me to the bus stop late evening to show me the exact location to catch the bus to airport at 5am in the morning. Location is right by the train, shops, bars and restuarants.
