This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the harbour. The staff are exemplary, so polite and friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean with attention to detail. The room is beautifully furnished with focus on guest comfort. The food at the hotel is of a very high standard, well presented and a good variety available. The hotel is in a great location, with walks along harbour wall and piers, access to shopping and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. We cannot recommend highly enough and will most definitely will be our first choice when we return to HongKong

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, in particular Gigi was super helpful! We got upgraded to a suite which made our stay that much more special - it was exactly what we needed after a 13-hour flight!

Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, quiet yet very safe, convenient and accessible. Room was spacious with a really good view. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, warm, and did a really good job too. But, the front desk staff could have been much more friendlier. That was the only downside of the whole experience.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the harbour. Lots to do in the vicinity of the hotel and yet only short spin to the centre. Exceptional staff at front desk, concierge desk and gym. Excellent gym with lots of equipment and great views. Lovely outdoor infinity pool with great views. Changing rooms with steam room and sauna were top class. Stayed 3 nights and we were sorry to be leaving.

Excellent views from the hotel - don’t miss the rooftop view at night. Convenient location to the MTR (underground) and trams. Staff efficient and polite. Comfortable beds.

Location and view - but only once the room type had been sorted out. Staff were helpful. View from rooftop is iconic Hong Kong/Kowloon
