Great location and breakfast, shuttle bus was very convenient and staff were very friendly. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping, and tram outside.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money. 15 minute walk to Wanchai and a 5 minute walk to buses. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Location was great. Hotel was a little dated but exceptionally clean. Staff were efficient helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was ok but not so impressive. The cleaning lady and the staff assisting with our luggage were so pleasant. The front desk lady wasn't friendly, but I could attribute that to other factors beyond her control. Nevertheless, a cheerful and pleasant greeting could have made a huge difference since she's the first one we met representing the hotel.

Our first trip to Hong Kong and we really enjoyed this hotel. The location was great an under 10 minute walk to the Metro station. Staff were good breakfast was great, would recommend this hotel. It was better value than some other in Hong Kong but we have no complaints at all.

No heater in the room , quite frozen with 13 degrees outside and 16 degrees inside Plus a hidden view on the window , it must be specified no view 🪟

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast & liked there was a tram just outside the hotel. easy to hop on and off and get around the island. The room was a little small but was still ok and comfortable

The location is pretty nice: in less than 10 mins u can into the mtr, 13 mins to the Lover's Rock - pretty nice place with a view. The reception floor offers free water with different tastes, like spearmint, oranges, apples, cucumbers and etc. Each floor has a water fountain, which is really nice.
