Spacious, clean room with a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which made getting food and essentials super easy. Staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and bag storage. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

Interconnecting room as requested and our family group was accommodated very close together. Connected to malls with groceries, restaurants, high end shops and MTR. Never without food or transport, even in bad weather.

Nothing you can complain about. The staff are exceptional, esp the housekeeping. Lots of options for the breakfast, western, Asian & Hong Kong specialties. Yet, the mattress in my room needs a replacement. It would also be great if a lighter, thinner blanket could be provided. All chain stores can be found in the shopping malls downstairs and travelling around is easy with a good train network. However, it’s a bit distance from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return! The staff were extremely professional, polite, and responsible. I had a special request regarding a DHL delivery of my Coldplay concert ticket, and they handled everything perfectly – they received the package and kept it safe until my arrival. I really appreciate their reliability and attention to detail. The food was delicious and varied, with new options every morning and occasional returns to previous favorites. Housekeeping was also excellent – very dedicated and thorough. Although the location may seem far at first glance, the hotel is directly connected to the PopCorn mall, where you’ll find the MTR station just a few steps away – making transportation incredibly convenient. The Wi-Fi in the room worked perfectly, and overall, I have absolutely no complaints – only compliments. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect stay for us in Hong Kong. We were here for 8 nights so had plenty of time to explore and the location of this hotel was perfect for using the MTR and buses. The complimentary bus into Kowloon was also a bonus. The shopping mall attached was appreciated and there are lots of local places to eat. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon but it was so easy to access it on the MTR. The roof top bar was a lovely place to chill and watch the sunset. The staff were so helpful and our room was cleaned to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, situated near Tseung Kwan O Waterfront park, next to the MTR, surrounded by many malls with diverse options. Hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly.
