“Great hotel in mid levels close to the escalators”

We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a suite overlooking the harbour which was amazing. The suite room is spacious and comfortable with everything we wanted and the staff very friendly. The location is great just off the mid levels escalator. This is our 2nd stay here which is a huge recommendation in itself.

Good position to reach Soho and Central with mid level escalator . Not far from The peak. Good service on concierge where we dropped our luggages. We arrived very early in the morning, the room wasn’t ready yet but as soon as it was they contacted us to check in. Amazing view from the room.

Very well situated in the heart of HKG island, walking distance to Central especially with the escalator. Friendly staff. Confortable beds. Free shuttle to Central and other places. Many shops around especially a very useful laundry open even on Jan 1st...

We felt very welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay. The staff were delightful. Especially the concierge, he was professional yet had an infectious happiness. The view from our room was nice. There was ginger tea and cookies in the lobby, which was very generous.
