Our first room was very basic & noisy due to workers building a new apartment complex.. we spoke to the manager who moved us to a 3 bedroom villa for our group without a fuss ..this was perfect and our stay after that was great ..

Many thanks, especially to Hoan who helped us during our stay, to our driver who picked us up at the airport, to the lovely girl at the egg station during breakfast who was always smiling, and to the spa therapist who did my manicure and pedicure perfectly and with great care. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The shuttle bus is a great perk. The hotel is close to the city center. The room was spacious and modern. The gym was very well equipped.

Location - you could walk from resort to the main A Bang beach and to all the restaurants. Taxi would be faster and would cost approx 1,5€. Old town isn’t far as well. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and facilities great. Staff was helpful and kind but we did not feel the overflowing hospitality which some have been writing about here. Maybe because we didn’t stay at a villa.

Beautiful facilities, great quiet location. kids club, multiple pools, bicycles , games area, multiple bars, relaxing areas to lounge on the front lawn, what else would you want for a relaxing time away. Easy access and transport to ancient town. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. A great option then staying in ancient town hoi ann.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms and facilities great. When reported a missing wallet reception and security staff were fantastic. Prompt and sincere .issue was solved and smiles abound.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel made a special welcome for our wedding anniversary trip. The buffet breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. On reception, Huan was so sweet and tried to rectify a mistake made by another guest who gave our room number in error. There was another young lady whose name I couldn't quite recall, it was something like Quynn? Who was very helpful and informative, especially with trips. In addition, the town shuttle bus was often needed, on time, and utilised.
