Loved the location close to the beach and peaceful. The staff were amazing. Webstayed for a week. It was a very special experience. Hoi An is fabulous and the resort is an oasis.

It was a lovely private resort and breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately we could not make the most of it as it rained the few days we were there. 2 pools in the resort and buffet breakfast. The staff were ready to help with any situation for you and they provided a lot of valuable information at check in. They were the best part of the resort to be honest.

The landscape is well maintained. It is very green and serene. The beach is only a few minutes away and there’s a shuttle bus to go into town. Beds are quite comfortable.

We had seen the Koi Resort on our 1st ever trip to Hoi An, some 10 years + ago and we’ve always wanted to stay there as it had looked lovely (back them, we had stayed at the Victoria over the road). On balance, we had a pretty nice time at the Koi and certain things stand out. The main pool was amazing….it has to be one of the biggest in Hoi An, lots of sun beds and it’s a beautiful location on the river. We were aware before we booked that parts of the hotel were looking tired but a programme of refurbishment was ongoing. When we arrived, we had a nice room which appeared to have been freshened up and the bathroom looked to have been completely refurbished….we were pretty happy in our lagoon view room / suite. Staff checkin was fine and the luggage guys chatty! Breakfast was nice and tasty enough. Once this place is fully refurbished, I’m sure it will be back to its very grand self! Overall, it was a nice hotel but the value for money wasn’t as good as many other hotels we have stayed in.

Added this one night to an 8 night package, so a total of 9 nights. Beautiful resort, still recovering from 2 years of closure during covid. Loved the serenity, the Pools, Spa, pretty Lagoon, breakfasts, free cocktails the Koi pond encircling the Lunch/Dinner Restaurant, the gardens and the proximity to the old town via taxi (around 7aud) The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks to Khahn, Tracy, Thu, Linh, Tha, Ti, Vincent, Vuong and also Phu and Thoi from the Spa, we had a wonderful stay at Koi! It is a perfect getaway.

The location is idyllic, the staff are professional and incredibly helpful, there was a good variety of exceptional food and extras are sensibly priced. You couldn't want a better resort with Hoi An centre a ten minute taxi ride away costing about 100000VND.

Great location near the beach, beautiful tropical gardens and lovely pool areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and a good range of options
