Super clean room with comfortable bed and super close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and were very generous. I’ll be going back next month to stay with them for another week.

We love the friendly owners here! They are amazing, accommodating and always greet with beautiful smiles. They have amazing breakfast options that are all super delicious 😋 and the best ca phe sua da to kick start your day. The location is prefect, with a local produce market in the mornings at the end of the street and then many restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away too. We also love the super comfy beds, the balcony and the nice quiet location. This was our second stay here and will be back many more times. Thank you so much for the delicious dinner you cooked for us on our last night's stay. We had the most wonderful 2 weeks.

Great hotel, clean, quiet and good location. They have bicycles that you can use to go to Hoi an (15-20 minutes ride). Great customer service too, comfy beds and great WiFi, what else do you need?

This seems to be run by a family. The old man who greeted me could not speak English but was very helpful, checked me in quickly, and provided free fruit juice. Some younger staff who can speak English well came later to check up on me. Laundry services are available and free push bikes are provided. The location of this place is walking distance to An Bang Beach, and it is easy and cheap to take a Grab to Old Town. It is located near a busy highway but is far enough from it such that I didn't need earplug at night to sleep.

Big spacious rooms, everything was very tidy. Staff were extremely welcoming and would do anything you needed. Even though they didn’t speak English we used google translate and they were very accomodating. Upon arrival an English speaking lady sue helped us check in. They helped us to hire a scooter and get a lift to the airport

Location was quiet but a few minutes walk to all the amenities that An Bang has to offer. Room was large and clean with everything you need. Staff were delightful and the breakfast was incredible (order the omelette as it’s awesome !)

Close to the beach, large and comfortable rooms with working plumbing (not a given in Vietnam) and great AC. Close to the local market, close to places to eat, close to An Bang beach and cheaper than staying in Hoi An…which is only a short Grab ride away. Excellent and extremely friendly owners, many thanks Van and Phùng for a great stay, highly recommended!
