A heartfelt and well-deserved shout-out to Viktoria for her outstanding dedication and exceptional service! Her kindness and commitment went far beyond our expectations. My wife accidentally left her pouch, containing all her lipsticks, at the hotel, and we only realized it after arriving in another city. Viktoria didn’t hesitate—she made sure the pouch was delivered to our hotel in the new city, saving the day. This level of attentiveness and care is truly remarkable and speaks volumes about her professionalism and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. Viktoria is a true asset to the hotel, and her extraordinary efforts will undoubtedly make us loyal guests in the future.

Everything, it is beautifully decorated, the staff are extremely well trained and very pleasant. The sap area is very lovely.

- Rooms are well planned and in general interior design for the whole property is amazing, bringing a new quality level to the Austrian resort hotels. - Location is great and the beautiful lake looks magnificent during the day time. There are several routes around it, good for trail running or walking. - SPA is well designed with a nice minimalistic approach (comfortable sun beds, good quality of towels) + good gym with everything you need - Staff are always smiling and very welcoming. The service at the restaurant and bar is very good To sum it up - a lot of things that will leave a positive aftertaste.

We liked the whole environment and atmosphere. It is really a relaxing and carefree place. You have the whole mini bar for free, except alcoholic drink. You will be spoilt for choice. We have the lake view room, and the view was fantastic! Imagine sitting down, eating your snacks and having your drinks, and enjoying the view....

The newly opened hotel is located in a beautiful place with stunning views, which makes the stay especially enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, which is very important for a good night's sleep. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts and dinners, and the service in the restaurant is excellent. The SPA and pools are also very good.

Stunning location! Extremely clean and comfortable and staff overall were good. It had just reopened and there was a lot of teething problems. Our room was not available until 4pm, the air con was stuck on 22 and it was extremely hot, we asked repeatedly for someone to come and look at it but no one came. They have a lot of staff running around but it seems still they are still trying to figure things out. The food is OK - not incredible as it should be for the pricing as very expensive. The location is stunning, the rooms immaculate and very comfortable so overall a good stay - I think it will get better as time goes on. Now wait staff stood out the most and that was Leon, he was kind, humble and very good. Some others were just a little too showy.

This is an incredibly beautiful place. Every time I looked around, it took my breath away! The nature is stunning, the rooms are spacious! The staff is kind and attentive.
