Communication on how to pay and collect the keys was great. However, there were a couple of issues from the owners of the tower in letting us in to open the box to collect the keys. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and is exactly how it looked on the pictures. Location was great, and there are many facilities in the vicinity of the hotel, such as a small supermarket and coffee shops or restaurants. We asked to leave our bags when checking out which was all arranged smoothly.
