My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The owner, Alison is lovely, kind and generous and Grosvenor is both full of heart and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and with really nice touches including a mini fridge, drinking water tap and lots of tea and biscuits. Breakfast was AMAZING and there were lots of options for GF and all tastes. The gardens a little sun trap, super quiet qnd the house itself directly overlooks the seafront and st Leonard’s Beach. We loved it here and will be back.

Beautiful old house, very well kept. Really comfortable room with full sea view. Scrupulously clean with good quality linens and towels. Good wardrobe space. We were able to control the radiator temperature to suit our needs. Kettle and good range of hot drinks and lovely biscuits. Bathrobes also provided. Excellent choice at breakfast, all beautifully prepared and presented. Suit all tastes from full English to lighter options. Vegetarian options too. Nice touches such as freshly squeezed orange juice, flowers on the table, range of different teas. Alison was friendly, approachable and very helpful. Also keen to ensure we were comfortable and happy with everything.

Fantastic overnight stay. Lovely room, comfy bed, really nice ensuite with large walk in shower. Great to have a sea view too. Good room facilities with plenty of teas and coffee, and added bonus of fresh milk. I had a lovely cooked breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and plenty of coffee served in the sunny conservatory. Alison was a super host. Will be back I'm sure and would definitely recommend.
