Great hotel, staff were so helpful. My friend who was not booked into the hotel was sick and the staff were very helpful in booking a room for her and even made her a cup of ginger tea. I would definitely stay here again. The room was also comfy and nice and the location was great too.

Location was great, very close to shops and restaurants but also pretty quiet. The staff were great, and there was an elevator so I didn't have to carry my suitcases all the way to the top floor.

Really close to Hoan Kiem lake, very kind and helpful staff. They helped me also for organizing trips. Very clean room. I will definitely come back here!!

The best place I stayed at in Hanoi! Very conveniently located, a few minutes walk to one of the main streets in the Old Quarter, but my room faced a smaller street, so it was rather quiet. I got a room on the 5th floor with a big balcony, which I absolutely felt in love with! The facilities are modern, there is a lift (not every house in Old Quarter has it...). The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was really helpful, with good English, so no communication issues at all. I arranged for a laundry to be done, and it came back the same day, all perfectly washed and ironed. Many thanks, will come back!
