The location is amazing, and the staff are lovely! Room is a good size, bed slightly hard but that's normal in Vietnam. Super clean room and lovely view, also very quiet.

The hotel's proximity to West Lake is incredibly rare to find in Hanoi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed.

Choice of garden view or lakeview glad I chose lakeview. The rooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable Good position with walking distance to lots of eateries, park and lake nearby. Longer walk to shopping precinct but there are many smaller shops for supplies including alcohol but check wine prices as it's quite expensive. Beer good prices tho also short walk to great sports bar called 'The Local'
