Great location, in a nice area of Hanoi, very central but away from the craziness a bit! The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. The breakfast was decent.

Customer service and location very good, only a brief stay so didn't get to try cooked breakfast. Staff arranged a car then contacted us when we left mobile phone in reception, excellent customer service. Room was spacious and very quiet

This stylish little hotel is a stone’s throw from St Joseph Cathedral. We chose one of the cheaper rooms which turned out to be a little compact for the 2 of us and our suitcases but otherwise the room presented as quite polished. The staff impressed us with their enthusiasm and English language skills.

Superb setting - right next to the cathedral - but quiet. Rooms not huge but very comfortable. Excellent service.

The hotel looks like it is going through a modernisation programme. This was not a problem for us as we were given a 'new room' which was very comfortable indeed. The room's window overlooked a dark alley so definitely no view but we did not mind too much but maybe quests, and the hotel, need to be precise about their expectations/delivery. The breakfast room is a little strange. It is in the basement of the building so no windows. It does not feel right and the strange 'spaghetti Western' music does not really help. The people are again lovely and were really compassionate to my wife who was suffering from food poisoning from an excursion the day before. Thank you for that.

Very clean. Great location and surprisingly very quiet. I’m fussy about clean places and I found it to be clean for the price I paid. The staff were honestly nice. Helpful and polite. Alex the tour operator was very helpful and patient and I would recommend this hotel for people like me who look for quality and value for money
