Great location and view of the lake was beautiful. Lovely room and the staff did our laundry so great place to stop off on your travels. Very quick grab ride into the busy stuff but out the way enough to sleep peacefully

Awesome Location: Super close to the lake with tons of cafes and food spots nearby. The Old Quarter is about a 20-30 minute walk, or a Grab costs around 50k VND. Comfy Bed: The bed in room 302 was really comfortable, which made a huge difference after a long day out. Spacious Common Area: The common area was pretty roomy, and having a washing machine available was a nice bonus, especially for longer stays.

Great place for the price. I stayed first in the standard budget room, but it was too basic for me and didn't smell good, so I moved to the better (more expensive) room with the nice view and more spacious with the nice design. However, the other part of the hotel (with no view) is quiter. Just heads up if that's your priority. Lots of nice coffee shops in the area, more peaceful than the old quarter. However still some noise from the streets, but it's just the city, so if you want something very quiet you need to stay far away from the centre. Location is walking distance to the old quarter, so I was satisfied.

I absolutely loved our time in this charming homestay. This is located in the Quieter part of the city and is just a few kms away from Old Quarter Hanoi. The terrace has a great view of the lake and the kitchen utilities and laundry machine are at your disposal. Lan is a super helpful host and went out of her way to assist us with our queries and help make our stay more comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved the location of this property, a bit out of the centre of Hanoi but really easy to get taxis into the centre. A quiet stay but worked really well for us. The free laundry was a massive bonus for us! Only issue with this was that the cleaners also use the washing machine and dryer so it was busy throughout the day, we used it early morning and it was free then so this was perfect!

We were allotted room 601. Hanoi Bus station, Old quarter approx 10 km, 5 km respectively. We had made Mua Cave tour by self using public transportation (Bus) as hotel location was in convenient place not faced any problems at all. Also Hanoi airport approx. 35 km away and was easily feasible by Grab taxi.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. The view from the terrace of the sixth floor was very nice, and the location was lovely, a bit outside the noisy center of Hanoi. It was nice that there was a kitchen and washing machines where we could cook.

It was a nice location, not far from the West Lake but not busy either, within walkable distance from all the cool sites. The receptionist sent us self check in information ahead of time since we arrived at 2 in the morning.
