Our stay at the Ann was absolutely excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, the room was very spatious and clean and the breakfast options where very varied, as well as of excellent quality. Thank you!

This is such a lovely hotel in a great location, not far from the lake area. The hotel has it's own rooftop bar and restaurant and the food was tasty. The pool has great views as well. Somewhere to cool off after a long day sightseeing. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Hot and strong water. Staff are so helpful all through the hotel. Loved this hotel.

Good sized, well appointed corner room on a high floor with quite big windows so very comfortable and at a good rate. Expansive view but not of anything in particular - just buildings. We didn’t include breakfast. There’s a small Circle K across the road but it seems almost every other cafe in the street only serve drinks. A bit far away from everything but easy to get a Grab. Room Service was good.

staff was very friendly and it was great to be able to use the swimming pool and spa area even after the check out which was great since we need to refresh before going to airport. We could have a proper shower after long hot / sweaty day in Hanoi.
