colin “Comfortable staying in the heart of the old town”

This hotel is slap bang in the centre of the old town and we had a comfortable stay here for a few days. However, the rooms are actually much smaller than they appear in the photos online and the rooftop bar was somewhat underwhelming. That being said the staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. Be aware that if you wish to pay using a credit card, they will charge you a 3% fee over and above the advertised price on Booking.com

Perfect location in the centre of the city and very comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are lovely. Great breakfast. A special thanks to Susan at the restaurant for her hospitality and making smoothies every morning for our kids.

Enjoyed the stay for a night. The location is perfect in the middle of the old Hanoi quarter. The staff were super helpful. The rooftop bar is great with an exceptional view of the city.

Centrally located long street with many florists and beautiful flowers with helpful staff with nice views of the lake from the restaurant. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Easy to walk around old quarter and access tourists attractions.

A well located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and close to Hoam Kiem Lake. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go to in Hanoi. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is substantial and delicious, a great start to the day.
