Nice location away from the chaos of old quarter, on Hanoi’s ‘coffee street’ with many cafe options at your doorstep. Note this does mean some tour companies will not pick you up from your hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms nicely apppointed, if a little dated. Shower had good pressure and hot water was always in supply. Breakfast was fine, very standard for Vietnam.

Breakfast was served from 6-10, so you have a large window to play with. We checked out at 5 on our departure day and the staff packed a lunch for us. The hotel has elegant design touches that allow for a relaxing space.
