Spacious room, very comfortable beds. Nice area, you can easily walk to the lake. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was a great experience - very friendly and supportive cooks.

This is an exceptional hotel, at a real nice price and located in a nice part of the city. The service was exceptional. The breakfast was included. I highly recommend.

The property was under renovation when we visited this December. When we booked it was in another name and apparently it was just taken over by Luxor. So initially, our booking though confirmed didn’t show up in their handover. So we couldn’t stay there the first day of our arrival as it was fully booked. But as soon as we raised the concern the management did everything including arranging our one night stay at a nearby hotel and personally welcoming us and escorting us to the make shift hotel. The staff was super courteous and polite. We chose to stay a little away from old quarter so this was a good choice.

Where to start, I had an extraordinary stay thanks to the welcome, the kindness and the cleanliness of this hotel. Ms Nhung, Mr Kien and Mr Thuc took great care of me for this solo stay on the occasion of my birthday. The breakfast is plentiful. The staff agreed to keep my suitcases in a secure room for several days free of charge. I fell ill, the staff did what was necessary to assist me and help me get better. They responded to each of my wishes as soon as they had the opportunity. Pleasantly surprised that was granted to me. I will definitely come back. The hotel is not in the old quarter of Hanoi (and so much better) some activity organizations may refuse to pick you up but insist on the fact that it is only 10 minutes from the pick-up point, they will make the effort regardless.
