Breakfast was so good cannot recommend the Pho Bo enough to start the day. Staff were great, so friendly really cared about your plans and made sure everything was good. Location is perfect as well right next to the lake in the old town.

The room was good, great location, however the window view was to a wall, different from advertised. But it didn't bother us as staying just for 1 night. Great laundry service, friendly staff.

Location was excellent for exploring Hanoi and the staff couldn't be more helpful in arranging trips and transport for onward journeys. Their knowledge of places to visit was also very useful
