A nice clean simple place. It's about 30min of walking to the Old city center. Theres a small kitchenette, the bathroom is very well stocked and clean. The staff is very active on WhatsApp, where I communicated with them ahead of my arriving. Overall a good choice!

Basic accomodation but everything necessary was provided. The room was clean. No problems with Internet connection or hot water. When I contacted the staff, they reacted promptly. The people working in the property were nice. The street where the property was located, was quiet at night time. Not far from the main attractions.

The staff is super friendly and helps you with everything you need, if something is broken at the apartment or there is an issue they will immediately try to fix it you just have to ask them I really like the location of the homestay becaus it is very central, but in a non-touristy area where prices are lower. You can walk to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and other sights or take the bus there because the bus stop is very near I liked the view from the room and it being bright. The kitchen was also well-equipped (just missed a big spoon). The TV was huge and rotatable, you can watch Netflix (they have their own account for the homestay) on it and YouTube. The bed was also fine and not too hard. Good thing is you can wash and dry your laundry for free, on the 13th floor is the equipment which was very nice. Since we almost all the time we're outside, it was a good accomodation for the price.

The staff were quite helpful and nice, specially security who always smile when seeing us (not like other properties, the securities kẻep us uncomfort all the time with their attitude) The location was great!

Great location, 15-20 min walk from the old quarter, many restaurants and shops, it's next to the Literature Temple. The attention through Whastapp is amazing. It was great to have a kitchen! There is also a little mini bar service which is very convenient

The people are very polite and assist you 24hrs. I was able to check-in at 3am with no issues and also they are very proactive in updating status, arranging check-in.

The view from the room and the roof on the stadium are amazing, Free match's !! Netflix AC and vent, own kitchen, good bathroom Near to sightseeing spots and winmart+ or restaurants Really great staying 🔥🔥🔥

We loved staying here and highly recommend it to people! The room was very nice, cosy and clean. The stand out thing here was the staff. The security man doesn’t speak English, but is always helpful and very kind. The operators here went above and beyond for us, I cannot thank them enough, they are so helpful and kind. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We would come here again if we were wanting to stay in the area.
