It was a fantastic location and therefore value for money because of that . But very basic , beds too hard and fridge not working efficiently. But perfect spot to site see in Hanoi and staff very helpful

Loved our stay here. Our room was small but still a good size for 2 people. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is amazing as you are just around the corner from the lake and it situated in the old quarter. The staff were amazing.

Location perfect. Clean rooms with a bed with a good mattress. Enough hot water in the shower. Nice and helpful staf. Quit room, you don’t hear traffic inside. Really good value for money.

Great location near lake in Old Quarter with lots of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. Pleasant staff who spoke English. Decent size, clean room, with wardrobe.

Balcony was very nice. Room was clean. Bed was a bit hard, but it’s like that in most places. Very good location & in walking distance of everything (lake, old town...) Gets a bit noisy because of that, but that’s easily fixed with earplugs!
