From start to finish the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a range of tasty foods available.

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Waters Classy. From the time of booking, the communication was fantastic, nothing a problem and questions were answered immediately. The location is just where you want to be in the old quarter, with easy access to 100s of places to eat and drink. Huge selection of food for breakfast each day and of an exceptional quality. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The highlight for me was the staff, in particular, the beautiful Julia who went out of her way to make our stay the best. Our second time in Hanoi and our favourite place to stay so far. Not enough stars to rate our experience.

Tina was so nice and considerated. She take care of us like family, ensuring our period in Hanoi was perfect. We need to remark how resolutive is Justin, the Hotel Manager. Even he develope this new role since 2 months, he helps a family with some medical issues keeping the room for them meanwhile he look for a new accomodation for us without any impact in our booking and planning.

Great spacious family room. Staff team were exceptionally helpful and friendly with recommendations and support throughout the trip. Great breakfast and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and Discounted. Even allowed us to leave our luggage a few days whilst traveling. Hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter just a few minutes walk from the main part of Hoan Kiem Lake.

The hotel is lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good variety of western food and Vietnamese food. Location is excellent and close to shops and beautiful cafes. Excellent service! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They made us feel special. Justin at the reception was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us everyday! Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

I had such a lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that included a balcony—such a nice touch and really made our stay extra special! The manager was fantastic—friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in the hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality. Great location too, Highly recommended!
