The receptionist in the afternoon when we checked in was kind and accomodating but not the night shift. We tried to call someones attention when we tried to buy something from the fridge not know he was in the dark side sleeping. If he doesn't want to be disturb and be grumpy, he could have just put a signage that staff is out. Bed is good and spacious. Affordable and near the tourist spot.

I love that the location is in the middle of old quarter but at the same time very quiet. The beds are nicely divided with curtains. The A/C works well and if you want you can turn on your private fan. There’s lockers underneath your bed and at your bedside. It’s organized and clean. At the rooftop there’s a little terrace where you can chill between the plants and see a nice sunset. And the staff is super friendly and helpful too :) (ps. I keep on extending my nights here, it’s a nice place to be)

The staff is very nice and friendly, the beds are comfortable and it's clean. Close to the bar street but quiet alley. And very happy for the small fan for each bed

The double bed in common room was really comfortable. Each bed having its own curtains, sockets, stand, locker and a light, it's all a backpacker in a hostel needs. Prime location

The property was located right next to beer street in the centre of Hanoi. The beds were comfy and staff were helpful with booking onward travel.

My decision to stay here was a complete whim. I was walking around looking for a place that can take an early check-in and they have one available. The stay turned to be so pleasant. The front desk was helpful and all aminities are clean and working.

Everything was good during my stay in Hanoi Ecostay 2 Hostel. Ambience, Air Conditioning, Washrooms were neat and clean. They have all the facilities for the backpackers. The towel is chargeable at 15k dong.
