The fabulous staff and top location really make this 35 room boutique hotel stand out above all our hotels in 3 weeks of Vietnam. Stayed 4n originally & then we came back from 3n in Tam Coc to a lovely warm welcome from Sophie, Jerry and Jimmy. Very clean and professionally run with great breakfasts and every staff member was so helpful. The lane outside our hotel is a haven from all the noise & 'business' in Hanoi. So much to offer in this lane, we counted over 100 different businesses, so you do not even have to go far for money exchange, tour desks, spas, souvenir shops, local restaurants. Next door is a great coffee & bar spot for am or pm, also a few local spots for a quick & eas lunch... banh mi, spring rolls etc. as well as a trendy western pizza/hamburger 3 storey restaurant opposite. This is not a slick brand new hotel, but for all the cracks in the marble bathrooms etc and no views from the windows ( worth upgrading to the bigger rooms with views overlooking the city) still would recommend and we do plan on returning. The location was amazing. It was so close to the lake and right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter of Hanoi but in an unusually quiet street.

Such a beautiful hotel situated in the French quarter which was conveniently located (and much less chaotic than the old quarter). The staff were so friendly, accommodating, and extremely considerate. We weren’t able to partake in the breakfast due to having an early flight but the hotel was kind enough to organise a little takeaway breakfast as well as an airport transfer.

To Jerry and the team!!! Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely coming back. I really enjoyed my stay. OMG! The bed 🛌 absolutely amazing. The location 🤌(chef kiss!!!) perfect for me. It’s busy streets but I don’t hear anything from the room. And that’s a big plus! My partner love it too!

Stayed two nights location great in a quieter street near the lake. Lovely bed decorated with flowers as it was our anniversary! We were given vouchers for a complimentary drink however twice going to the bar no beer or wine!!

Location was easy walking distance to most things to see in Hanoi. Close to attractions/reatuarants/bars/coffee/markets etc. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable for our stay. They provided us with two bottles of drinking water each day. Breakfast included had a wide variety of food, juices and tea and coffee. The staff were amazing - super friendly, extremely accomodating and thoughtful. They gave us tips on where to go, what to see, where to eat. Helped us book some tours and events. They were genuine with their care to their guests.
