Loved it and we loved Henrys recommendations for a Jeep tour. It was a highlight, and the recommendations MET restaurant was incredible. The service and food was 2nd to none and we wouldn't have found it without the recommendations of our hotel. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The staff hosted us so well and made sure we had a perfect and comfortable stay, will come back for sure. Henry, especially, made sure we had a comfortable stay and had a perfect tour to Ha Long Bay too. Henry is the sweetest.

Thank you so much to all the staff. Especially Henry. You all made our stay very pleasant and we really appreciate first showing us the room. The location is right in the middle of the old quarter but in a street that is a bit less noisy. Would recommend

Great location in a quiet street with fab cafes, and very close to main shopping streets and Hoan Kiem Lake. Very attentive and friendly staff. William, Quan, and Henry were excellent. Good value for money.
