We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Huyen was especially fantastic - her communication was excellent, always quick to respond on WhatsApp, and she was eager to assist however possible, including helping to organise tours and making sure everything ran smoothly. On our first night, another friendly staff member (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) welcomed us warmly and gave us some great local food recommendations, which really set the tone for our stay. One moment that stood out was when our daughter left her sweater in the room after check-out - they kindly offered to deliver it to our next hotel free of charge, which we really appreciated. The location was another highlight, just steps from Train Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were modest but clean and perfect for our needs, as we were mainly out and about and only needed a comfortable place to freshen up and sleep. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay - we’d definitely return!

The location was very convenient. The staffs were very friendly. Ms Huyen helped us book the Halong Bay cruise and the entire process was very smooth, she also packed us some snacks for the next morning. She is such a kind person. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a great location, close to the lake. Cafes, restaurants and train street are nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us arrange airport transfers. They were very quick to reply to emails. The rooms were very clean. When a bigger room became free, the staff offered it to us at no additional cost.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. From the person who met us at the airport, to the lovely young man who helped with our bags, to all reception staff, no matter what time of the day we encountered them, they were always friendly, polite, and happy to answer our questions and help us out. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the daily complimentary water and fruit/rice snacks. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and at night it was lovely and quiet outside, so a good sleep was had by all. They recommended, and booked for us, a day trip to Halong Bay and it was just magic. We can't recommend this hotel enough - the location was absolutely perfect (walking distance to absolutely everything), the staff were amazing, and the room was always clean and well presented.

Great location in Hanoi and warm welcome from Ms Huyen regarding airport transfer and during stay. Friendly and helpful staff especially with extending my stay and booking trips. Clean spacious room, comfy bed and clean bathroom with good shower pressure. I felt very looked after and would recommend staying here to anyone. Stairs may difficult for anyone

We hade a lovely experience at hanoi center silk lullaby, the staff is really nice and helpful, we could even do our laundry which they did really well. They also helped me with recommendations on what to do in hanoi and gave me a map to see. They clean the room daily such is very nice. And we could extend our stay to 6 nights because we liked it so much. Thank you so much for having us!

The staff and hotel were great. We had a few little issues but mentioned them to staff and they fixed them straight away. Close to train street and the main part of town.
