Lovely staff and good breakfast. On a previous stay we were given a room on the main hotel (very modern and clean) but this time, after our Halong Bay trip, they had a whole apartment ready for us on a nearby hotel that’s also theirs. Amazing space. We will recommend Hanoi Calista Hotel to our family and friends.

A perfect location - on a quiet side street away from main road but in the heart of the old quarter Staff were polite, kind and extremely helpful, especially Tracy. Breakfast was delicious

Located within Hanoi Old Quarter, Calista Hotel is near enough to the key sites and attractions of the city but away from the hustle and bustle of traffic on the main road, allowing for peaceful and quiet rest. Notably, the hotel is close to the famous Train Street, so it is convenient to catch the trains whenever they pass by. More importantly, we were treated to exceptional hospitality as the staff (Amanda, Alex, Tommy, Tracy) went out of their ways to ensure our comfort, and always served us with a warm smile.
