A beautiful, newly built hotel that is very central to all the tourist attractions. Rory the receptionist welcomed us and was always willing to help out. I highly recommend the Allure hotel.

A hotel with all the comforts needed during a vacation. A varied and delicious breakfast. Meets everyone's needs. Friendly and smiling staff with a desire to help with any question or problem. And most importantly, the location! In the middle of the old city. Within walking distance of everywhere. I really enjoyed it, and I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to Hanoi again. In short: an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

The breakfast spread was great with a wide variety of food to choose from The location was good, there are many food and cafes nearby that are easily within walking distance The staffs were very kind and helpful, especially Rory. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit!

The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional and very welcoming. Even from the very start, Ms. Rory, our receptionist, entertained us right away, explaining the different amenities of the hotel and the best places to visit in the Old Quarter in Ha Noi. All of this was very useful and insightful in guiding us to have the best experience during our limited stay. Moreover, the receptionists were also very accommodating in serving us food and being available even though we had an early checkout of 4:00 AM. The service was more than excellent, and I could say the best throughout our trip to Vietnam!

The reception area is very welcoming, the quality of breakfast is very good and staff are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable too, a good nights sleep.

Fantastic location, very spacious room and powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and peaceful at night despite being right in the action thanks to well insulated windows. Friendly staff and good breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

The location is perfect, it's in Old Quarter, it's near everything - cafes, local food stalls, restaurants, beer street, literally everything! There are some attractions on the other side of the lake where you'd think is far but it's very walkable from the hotel. I wasn't able to get breakfast but my friend had it and he said it was delicious and so many choices. I thought the room would be a little bigger but not an issue, it was still spacious enough for the two of us. Everything is clean. Comfortable beds, sheets are thick. They even had a welcome snack and drinks for us. We had a balcony, sadly it's facing another building but it's okay. The bathroom, for me, is the best. It's big and has the basic toiletries. Staff was the best. All very nice and accommodating. They will help you with anything. Overall we had a very nice stay. Will definitely book here again if ever I come back and would recommend to friends. :)

A wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, in the heart of Hanoi yet we weren't bothered by noise at all, exceptional staff. Can't fault it. Would thoroughly recommend.
