The staff was really caring. We had a room upgrade which was really enjoyable. In the street of the hotel there are many Michelin recommended restaurants which was great for the evening.

Loved the location, it couldn’t be better for Old Town exploring. If you get the joy of being checked in by Harry, you know you’re in for a good time, he and his team reccomend some awesome (not touristy) places to eat, and if you have a special request they go above and beyond to fix it. We stayed 3 nights, and were catered for amazingly and including airport shuttles and shuttles to our next location.

Singita is located in a very central location to explore Hanoi old town. The hotel itself is decent and ticks all the boxes: bathroom was clean, shower pressure was good and warm, the room has sufficient storage if overall slightly small, and the AC works well. And then there is the bed, which is so comfortable!
