Jenny and staff were exceptional.going above and beyond the call to make sure we were all comfortable. The hotel was brilliant - great breakfast also. We will come.back to Hanoi at some point - when we do, we'll book here

The staff service was excellent. Very helpful and accomadatting to all our needs. Staff Jenny did a great job and coordinates our requirements clearly to the staff. The hotel location is probably the best in old quarter. Very centralized. Clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Try the Pho. Well done to the Management team for excellent training for the staff customer service.

Friendly helpful staff. Spoke excellent english. Mr Liberty was particularly helpful and understanding about our needs, and accommodated us well. We will return to this hotel. Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town.

The staff were excellent. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning on our first day in Hanoi and the staff were very accommodating and supportive when we needed to extend our stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, our flight didn’t arrive until early in the morning and they had someone available to assist with check in.
